Introduction

Alison John and Associates (AJA) are a group of Disabled and Non-Disabled trainers and consultants, who have been working together for over 10 years. All of us believe in a world that is inclusive of all differences and this is what we aim to promote through our work. We offer a unique Training and Conference service tailored to your individual and organisational requirements.

We specialise in delivering training, consultancy and conference on Inclusion, Challenging Disablism, Equalities, Play and Early Years. We also deliver other endorsed coursrs.

Our conferences are playful and participative, ensuring a Conference experience that delegates will feel warmed, informed and inspired by!

The combined broad experience of our Associate trainers puts us in a unique position to offer creative solutions to overcoming the common barriers faced by Disabled Children in their communities. We believe that we can bring a unique perspective to your Training or Conference, whilst making it challenging, participative and fun.

We practice what we preach and, throughout AJA Training or Conferences, we will provide practical examples of how the principles of inclusion can be put into practice.

We look forward to working with you.

"Alison was inspiring and made us think. She made me look at my practice and future professional development. She was funny and articulate and didn’t rely on notes. I feel very humble and more aware of the effects of discrimination."
"I have learnt that a child with an impairment has equal rights to all other children. My child and I will be empowered to ask for access to services without feeling bad about it. Thank you!"
"We wanted to raise awareness of issues around inclusion, and you have certainly helped us achieve that. Thank you very much. Diolch yn fawr."
